This new build project was for a corner site in a new subdivision in Rolleston, in the Selwyn District. The aim was to have two appealing street facing elevations, with modern cladding combinations and feature gables. The floor plan offers spacious living spaces and a large ensuite and walk in wardrobe off the main bedroom.
